This approach provides a creative and alternative strategy when working with all students but especially with those students for whom other strategies have failed to produce results. It looks a strengths and exceptions to problem behaviour as the source for solutions and can be used in a variety of settings such as individual discussion as well as in small group and within the classroom. Some of the resources available here to download provide useful tools within the school setting.
